Professional Experience

Individual and group psychotherapy with individuals, couples, families, children, adolescents, and older adults    •   Couples and family therapy    •   Manager, adult outpatient therapy services program    •   Manager, community treatment for individuals with serious mental disorders    •   Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Coordinator, evaluation and treatment of employees from multiple Puget Sound organizations.

Military Services

Extensive experience working with military personnel from Joint Base Lewis-McChord, both commissioned officers and enlisted, including the effects of combat    •   Multiple areas of concern may be addressed including military and family responsibilities, deployment, community reintegration, and PTSD.

Sexual Orientation Specialty Services

Experience providing supportive counseling to men with diverse sexual orientations and gender identities, including gay, bisexual, and transgender    •   Topics of concern may include coming out, health and safety, couples, marriage, family and children, substance use, homophobia, and intimacy.

$100 per hour session    •   Flexible hours available including Saturday mornings    •   Private pay only    •   If you have out-of-network coverage, Tacoma Counseling for Men will provide you documentation of services rendered for your insurance company
